Registration for the 2012 Season is open for boys and girls ages 5-14 from Belmont, San Carlos and Redwood Shores. The 2012 season fee is $345.00 per football player and $125.00 per cheerleader.
Registration is completed when we have received payment in full and all completed forms.Mail all forms to the address listed below or bring them to our open registration on the following dates:
April 14th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at San Carlos Youth Center
April 28th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at San Carlos Youth Center
May 11th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Belmont Sports Complex

Mandatory Weigh-in
In order to play for the 2012 season, it is mandatory that all players be present at the official Weight Certification on August 25th, 2012 at the Santa Clara Fairgrounds.
Player Division Level
Please refer to the official Pop Warner Age/Weight Matrix to help determine which division(s) your player is eligible for placement on a team.
